Dutch Drone Racing builds open source software to help the worldwide FPV racing community run events and training — including RotorHazard lap-timer plugins and integrations. We also ship production systems for commentators, FAI race judging, timing, livestream overlays, and more.
We maintain multiple public projects so volunteers and clubs can organise drone races and coaching more easily — from stream overlays and socket repeaters to utilities that extend RotorHazard with timed racing workflows, FAI-oriented features, heat tools, and event automation.
Everything lives under our GitHub organisation; issues, contributions, and forks are welcome where licences allow.
Alongside public repos we develop and operate closed, event-grade systems — tailored stacks for commentary, race judges (incl. FAI), precision timing, livestream overlays, and adjacent production workflows. These are built for reliability under broadcast and championship conditions.
Dutch Drone Racing develops and maintains FPVScores (fpvscores.com) — a free-to-use cloud platform for live lap times, pilot profiles, events, and organisations.
It connects racers, clubs, and spectators around results and rankings and pairs well with the on-site tooling we use at our own events.
