We are delighted to announce the second edition of this amazing event, taking place during the bustling village festival in Diepenveen. After the overwhelming success of the first race in picturesque Beernem, Belgium, drone enthusiasts can get ready for another spectacular experience this year.
The Race der Lage Landen is a fun drone race suitable for both beginners and advanced pilots. Whether you are just starting to fly or are already a seasoned professional, this race offers challenges for everyone. Adrenaline will flow through your veins as you test your skills and speed against other talented pilots.
The event promises not only a great drone race, but also a festive atmosphere full of entertainment. The village festival in Diepenveen offers a lively environment with a marquee, various food trucks and an array of attractions. This provides a great mix of excitement, entertainment and good food for both participants and spectators.
We have room for 32 drivers to participate in the race, so be sure to register soon to secure your spot. The race stretches over two days, September 9 and 10, 2023. Qualifiers will take place on Saturday, where drivers can show off their skills to qualify for the exciting final day on Sunday. On Sunday, qualifications, semi-finals and finally the grand finale will take place, where the fastest and most agile pilots will compete for victory.
This event is not only for the participants, but also for the public. So invite your family and friends to cheer you on as you skim through the air and feel the adrenaline coursing through your veins. It will be a weekend full of action, fun and unforgettable memories!
And here comes another special bonus for those who want to experience the full race weekend: camping is allowed on the field! So grab your tent and spend the night amidst the excitement and fun.
